This Year's Theme: Free Reign
Think queens & kings, thrones, crowns, sceptres, and all out regalia.

Join us and discover new dimensions of inter-connectedness in powerful heart circles, workshops and small group sessions. Come to enjoy talent and non-talent, yours and others! Expect many of the dimensions that you recognize from other faerie gatherings – a daily heart circle, self-directed workshops and volunteer-prepared meals. Bring your own ideas and offerings. Like it is where ever faeries gather, the richness will ultimately be of our own making. We’ll share, perform, and dance. We’ll cook and dine together, hug and love. And when we feel like it, we’ll sit back in serenity and let the healing happen.

Welcome Home to Our New Venue

Land of My Grandfathers

This year we have decided to try something different. Although Lotus Ranch in Wimberly has blessed us with a multitude of unforgettable experiences, we judge we have outgrown its capacity. This year we are moving our gathering to Land of Our Grandfathers in North Zulch, TX.

Land of My Grandfathers is more cetrally located in regards to its proximity to Texas' largest metro area, it had bunk house capacity for nearly 100 faeries, a dining hall with a prossional kitchen, and it has more indoor air conditioned space as well as 25 acres to explore.

Before You Register
You must choose, but choose wisely!
  • Do you snore to the extent that you'd rather not worry about it bothering other people? Do you have a CPAP machine you need to sleep with? The Elvis bunkhouse is reserved just for you.
  • Do you need absolute quiet and to sleep around others who like an earlier bedtime? The Lilibet, Princess Margaret and Beyoncé bunkhouse is a dedicated quiet space.
  • Land of my Grandfathers does not provide linens or pillow, so if you are staying in a bumkhouse, you will need to bring your own.
What should I bring?
  • Fantasy and Dreams <- This is a link! Download this (PDF document link), fill it out and post on the wall at camp to help you dreams come true at camp!
  • Tent and bedding (unless you have rented a lodge bed).
  • Camping chairs and other fun stuff to make your tent-site gay.
  • Costumes and accessories like feathers, glow-sticks, wigs, faerie wings.

  • Any required prescriptions, nutritional supplements, contact-lens supplies, or whatever you need to maintain your health and comfort.
  • Toiletries: toothbrush, toothpaste, make up, nail polish (Showers have soap).

  • Flashlights and spare batteries (Headlamps are very helpful at night).
  • Sunscreen / sunblock and sunglasses.
  • Lotion / lip balm.

Why do faeries gather?

We gather to co-create a space that will honor and protect our most sacred, most unfiltered, most authentic selves.

We gather to leave the bustle of daily life and devote our attention to what’s within our mind, bodies, and spirits.

We gather to recuperate our personal power and fill our proverbial cups to the brim.

We gather to see and recognize how fucking fabulous we are together.

What can I expect from a faerie gathering?

To witness labels and boxes falling away..
We strive to walk in our skin on our own terms.

To be surrounded with warmth..
In the outdoors, in the spirit of intentional community, around healthy and delicious family-style meals, amongst familiar souls and good friends at your campsite or bunkhouse, or around the fire

To behold boundless expressions from the heart..
In the annual No Talent Show, In heart circles (the core of our community), and in the GAFFFF (Gay As Fuck Faerie Film Festival)

To discover new dimensions of interconnectedness..
through authentic interactions and flourishing relationships with a diverse group of loving open-minded people.

To find many chances to do things you’ve never done before (or heard of)..
In facilitated workshops, mindfulness sessions, yoga classes, drum circles, being of service, cooking with others, dance classes, crafting prompts
